Nude Yoga for Men

Connect to your body, promote relaxation and share with your community in a safe men’s yoga space.

We are an inclusive space for 18+ year old men and male identifying humans of all body shapes and sizes who wish to connect to themselves and community in nude practice.

In Nude Men’s Yoga you can expect to receive yoga’s benefits surrounding strength, connection to self, relaxation, balance and flexibility.

Practicing nude:

  • Strengthens your relationship with your own body;
  • Nourishes self compassion;
  • Increases your sensuality and aliveness;
  • Strips away fears of being seen, creating liberation and freedom;
  • Forms new friendships based on trust and mutual respect.

Nude yoga is taught by Andreas from Andreas Embodiment. Andreas is a local yoga teacher, men's tantra facilitator & spirituality mentor.
