Marymead Foster Care is in urgent need of carers who are willing to provide a safe and nurturing home for children and young people (0-18 years) for occasional weekends, weeks, months or even years, Marymead will provide financial assistance, ongoing training and caseworker support.

About Marymead

Marymead provides foster care for children and young people from just one night to a whole lifetime and welcomes a diverse range of individuals and couples as carers.

Marymead is a well-respected, community based not-for-profit organisation with a 47 year history of providing a range of support services to children, young people and families.

Today Marymead is built on the firm foundations of the past, meets the challenges of the present and will continue to change to confront future needs throughout Canberra and regional NSW. Marymead presently works with approximately 2,000 children and families each year.
