Ink Brush Art Therapy aims to provide ethical and inclusive Art Therapy to the diverse local community.
Our Art Therapist holds professional registration with the Australian and New Zealand Art Therapy Association (ANZATA) and is a visual artist with an ongoing studio-based practice. Bella holds a Graduate Diploma and Master of Art Therapy in addition to a Diploma in Community Development and a Degree in Visual Arts.
She has a broad range of experience facilitating Art Therapy in community settings as well as in the not-for-profit sector, secure mental health and forensic settings. Bella's approach is caring, recovery focused and warm. It is underpinned by mindfulness, DBT and counselling theory.
Ink Brush Art Therapy provides professional Creative Arts Therapies to families, individuals and groups of all ages and abilities. We work with a range of NFP organisations and community groups and offer Art Therapy sessions in the studio or online via Skype or Zoom.
The Art Therapy studio was set up by Bella Insch AThR, to support people to access self-expression and emotional regulation through the arts. Our Arts Therapists are professionally registered with the Australian New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association – ANZACATA and the Australian Music Therapy Association.
Ink Brush Art Therapy is a Registered Provider for the NDIS {National Disability Insurance Scheme}. In addition, the senior Art Therapist is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and Dialectical Behaviour Therapist.
Ink Brush Art Therapy, is located on the NSW South Coast in Eden/Pambula
