We work within a number of Government funded employment programs including DES (Disability Employment Services) as well as ADE (Australian Disability Enterprise) We are also a registered provider of a range of services and supports under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

We are also a Registered training organisation (RTO) offering a range of nationally recognised qualifications to both internal and external students.

LEAD is more than a name, it’s a way of thinking: one that focusses on people, community attitudes that embrace diversity and promote tolerance, and opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy life as valued members of our community.
