Relationships Australia Canberra & Region has experienced counsellors, mediators and educators dedicated to supporting individuals and families to live meaningful lives, and to enjoy positive and respectful relationships.

We welcome all people, in all their diversity. We provide an inclusive environment to ensure all communities feel safe and supported regardless of income, age, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender or cultural background. All our services are delivered in a safe and supportive environment by experienced staff that can assist you to celebrate yourself and your relationships.

Our focus is relationships and any issues impacting on you or your relationships in all domains of our lives, including partners, parents, siblings, friends, colleagues or children.

We provide a safe space to work on challenges including:

  • communication and trust
  • intimacy
  • transition or change
  • coming out
  • managing conflict
  • grief and loss
  • domestic and family violence
  • coping with prejudice, marginalisation or lack of acceptance
  • self-esteem and identity
  • gambling harm
  • specialised support for survivors of child sexual abuse, individuals impacted by trauma and those who have experienced forced adoption.

Our services are available throughout Canberra and the New South Wales South Coast, Alpine, Southern Tablelands and Riverina Regions.
